Dr. Robert "Buzz" Gregory
Senior Pastor
Dr. Gregory, known to all as “Pastor Buzz”, serves as the President of Christian World
College of Theology. As a young man, he served in the United States Navy for six
years. At the time, he was involved with drugs and alcohol use when a childhood friend
invited him to church and he gave his life to the Lord. Delivered from substance abuse,
Pastor Buzz has faithfully served the Lord ever since. He enrolled in Christian Life
College of Theology where he ultimately earned a Master of Theology Degree. Later,
he continued his studies and earned a Doctorate in Biblical Studies. During the past 36
years, Pastor Buzz has served in many ministries. He has been involved for many
years with the Royal Rangers ministry, which mentors boys to become servant leaders
of God and currently serves as the Sectional Commander. He served as a prison
chaplain with Good News Jail and Prison Fellowship, as well as Youth Pastor, Assistant
Pastor and Associate Pastor at Delmarva Evangelistic Church in Salisbury, Maryland.
He now serves as the Senior Pastor at Delmarva Evangelistic Church. Pastor Buzz
lives in Salisbury with his wife, Donna, and has two grown children. He feels called to
build a generational church where the entire body is working together in unity to reflect
and build the Kingdom of God.

Pastor Eric Teagle
Senior Associate Pastor
Young Families Pastor
Reverend Eric Teagle is a Para-Educator in a local school district. He also holds the position of Senior Associate Pastor and Young Families Pastor at Delmarva Evangelistic Church and serves as a college professor for the Christian Life College of Theology.
Eric graduated from Wilmington University in January 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Education Studies and graduated from the Christian Life College of Theology in 2005 with a Bachelor of Ministry Degree.
Eric has been working with youth ever since 1990. Since then, he felt called to work with youth in educational and ministry settings. Eric has received various awards working with youth. He received Support Staff of the Year for 2020 from his local school district. Also, he received both the Whole Village Award and Outstanding Community Service Award. These awards go to individuals who have served in their local communities and demonstrated exemplary community service. He has also served on a FACES Advisory Board, which reviews grant applications and recommends grant awards to Non-profit grant applicants. Furthermore, during his time at Wilmington University, Eric was recognized on the Dean’s List and accepted into the Honor Society.
Eric has been married to his wife Jennifer for twenty years. They live in Delaware and have two children. Eric enjoys the game of baseball and football, reading, studying God’s Word, and spending time with family and friends.
Pastor Brian and Monique Linton
Worship and Children's Ministry Pastors
Pastors Brian and Monique Linton have been married 27 years. They have one daughter, Marissa, who is 16 and reside in Salisbury, Md. They have been in ministry together for 28 years. They have traveled to many churches along the East Coast, received their first recording contract, and recorded in Nashville, TN. They have been serving in ministry at DEC for 13 years. Pastor Brian serves as Minister of music, and together they are the children’s ministers here at DEC. Together, they love to share their heart for worship with the church, and enjoy the opportunity to love on the children of DEC.
Pastor Jason Goslee
Youth & Young Adults Pastor
Pastor Jason is a Salisbury native and graduated from Wi-Hi in 2004. He spent two year at Hampton Master's Commission, where he met his wife, Terri. They married after they graduated in 2008 and have been serving in ministry ever since. They now have three beautiful children, Malakai, Caleb, and Elliana.
Pastor Jason and Terri have a heart to serve the Lord and to see people's lives transformed through the power of Gospel. Having a heart for the Salisbury area, they enjoy working with our Youth and Young Adults in discipling and developing the leaders of the next generation.
